Driving Directions:

From I-95 Southbound (from New Haven) Take Exit 15 and follow the ramp bearing LEFT onto the Route 7 Connector Take Exit 1 and make a RIGHT at the end of the ramp. Immediately move into the LEFT hand lane. At the light, turn LEFT onto Cross Street.

From 1-95 Northbound (from NYC) Take Exit 15 and follow the ramp bearing RIGHT onto the Route 7 Connector Take Exit 1 and make a RIGHT at the end of the ramp. Immediately move into the LEFT hand lane. At the light, turn LEFT onto Cross Street.

From the Merritt Parkway Northbound (from NYC) Take Exit 39A merging with the other traffic onto the Route 7 Connector. Take Exit 1 and make a right at the end of the exit ramp. Turn RIGHT at the next traffic light. Go under the overpass to the second light. Turn LEFT onto Cross Street, (Route 1).

From the Merritt Parkway Southbound (from New Haven) Take Exit 40A and at the end of the ramp turn RIGHT onto Main Avenue. Follow Main Avenue for approximately 1 mile. Turn LEFT where Main Avenue becomes Main Street. Follow Main Street for approximately 1 mile. Turn RIGHT onto Cross Street (Route 1) and follow for approximately ½ mile.

The Medical Center at 40 CROSS STREET is on the RIGHT. Coastal Orthopaedics is on the 3rd floor.
